Like SPB Wallet and others that I used to use, It will be nice to have different keyboards for enter the password to open SafeWallet. Android Keyboard is to small and often I have difficulty in entering the password. For instance, SPB Wallet has a numeric keyboard to enter the (numeric) password.

Hi VFreitas and welcome to our forums :)

Thanks for posting with this great feature request! :)

We're definitely working on a new feature that will handle this specific case. We're working in full pace on the upcoming updates of SafeWallet (Android and other versions together). You can expect to see something like this available with one of the upcoming updates in the next couple of weeks already. B)

Have a great day! :)

Great, thank you. More positive points for SafeWallet against SPB Wallet. Prompt answer and best support and care about user opinions.

Keep up with the great work you are all doing.

Thanks for the support! :)

We're working around the clock on several really awesome new things these days and I'm hoping we'll have some more exciting news arriving very soon! In addition to our most recent Firefox Extension release (more details about this release here) B)

I also second improving this usability problem!

it's a pain to enter the password to open the Wallet.

I suggest something like some sort of big, large numeric PIN pad or something like the 3x3 cell with finger swiping to enable access and speed up the process is sorely missed !

Please please :-) improve this "usability" issue .. I classify it as of "major" category

Hi VFreitas :)

We still have this in our development plan - but we'll definitely be getting there! :) We were super busy with the releases of our browser support for both Internet Explorer and Chrome during the past two weeks, and we're now getting back to put more focus on our mobile clients development too.

I really hope that we'll have some more news about this feature too as part of our upcoming updates in the near future.

Have a great weekend! :)

Well, using the swiftkey keyboard is easyer to enter Numeric passwords. But SBSH Safewallet native keyboard would be better

I definitely agree we can do more awesome things with our own keyboard - including a few more creative tricks and options. :) I really hope we'll have more news on this in the not too distant future. B)

I realize this thread's a little old now, but I wanted to say to make any keyboard change optional. I don't use a keyboard at all--I use Graffiti for Android, and I really need that to be able to enter my long password properly. Especially because my password alternates numbers and letters. I'm a touch typist who memorizes strong passwords by the finger positions, which obviously I can't use on a phone keyboard, so the next fastest thing for me is writing them using Graffiti. If you add your own keyboard, make sure there's an option to use the default input method too. (I would guess users of the Swype keyboard might feel the same way. Once you get used to an unusual input method, it's really hard to switch.)

Hi Kira and welcome to our forums :)

Thanks for this input! This feature is in our development plan and we plan to have it available pretty shortly. Following your feedback, which I definitely agree with, we will make sure to implement any change in the password keyboard as optional. Even if offering numeric only keyboard, for those who prefer it, we'll continue offering an option to use the other keyboards on the device for this using alphanumeric passwords - which we recommend using since such passwords are stronger.

Thanks for the feedback! :) I hope you'll enjoy some of the other great features we're working on these days.

Have a great weekend! B)
