Selecting 'Manage Wallets' option freezes program

I purchased and installed the Safewallet v2.2.2 mobile app on my iPhone 4s ios 5.0.1
Both my desktop and my iPhone rely on the same WiFi network from the same Apple Airport Extreme Base Station.
What is the Manage Wallets option used for in the Mac OSx version? .. The only thing that happens when I click on it is, it seems to lock up ALL other options, and the only way for me to proceed is to force quit the program ...
Since I've never been able to use the Manage Wallet option, could someone tell me what I'm missing?
Also, I have been unable to delete unwanted wallets from my iMac, does anyone know how to delete wallets once they have been created? Deleting them from my iPhone isn't enough, because the unwanted wallets are placed right back on my phone every time the two are synced.
Does SafeWallet provide refunds for software purchases if they are unable to diagnose and correct these types issues?
Please advise!

Hi Ricks Safe and welcome to our forums
The Manage Wallets option, when working properly.., brings a screen that lets you manage all of your wallets. More specifically, you can select to open a specific wallet (and not only the latest used wallet), or, delete unused wallets - exactly the option you've been looking for.
Pressing the Manage Wallets button shouldn't lock SafeWallet in anyway, but instead, it should open up a dialog that lists all available wallets on your Mac. We've received ~two additional reports describing the same issue lately and we're investigating this more closely - working on getting this fixed and included with the upcoming update.
I'm afraid we still don't have a solution for this right away, but we're doing our utmost to get this fixed quickly. We will be sure to post more details about the fix as part of the upcoming Mac SafeWallet update.
Have a great day!

Have we made any progress on this over the course of the past 5 months?
Hi Ricks!
I actually tried contacting a few users who reported this issue while developing the new version to try and locate the cause for this problem. We're working now on an upcoming update that changes the way wallets are managed completely (we already have this change implemented with our new Windows version and shortly with our Mac). As part of this upcoming change, this problem will also be resolved (as this section will be replaced with a different, and easier, implementation).
I hope this helps!
